Your first time at Merry Farm, or coming back for another year? Here are the details that make planning your stay a little easier.
When can we stay?
Camping opens on Wednesday 7 July 2027. Monday 12 July is the final bookable night, with departure by Tuesday 13 July. The minimum stay is three nights. The Healing Weekend festival takes place from Friday 9 to Sunday 11 July. For a stay outside these dates, please email us.
How do we choose our pitch?
You choose where to settle in when you arrive. There are no numbered pitches to select online. Electric hook-up pitches are in a separate area from non-electric camping, so let us know your preference when planning your stay.
Can we camp with friends?
Yes — choosing your space on arrival makes it easier to settle in together. If some of your group need electric hook-up and others do not, contact us before booking as the areas are separate.
Are tents, caravans and campervans welcome?
Yes. Bring your tent, caravan, campervan or motorhome. Electric hook-up and non-electric options are available, and there is a caravan waste disposal point.
Can we bring our dog?
Dogs are welcome. Please be considerate of other campers and clean up after your dog. Dogs visiting the festival must be kept on a lead.
How do we get to the festival?
New Road Farm is just under two miles from Merry Farm. A shuttle service runs between the campsite and the festival during the weekend. Ask the team for the current timetable when you arrive.
Can we park beside our tent?
Yes, you can park by your tent. Vehicle gates close between 11pm and 6am to keep the campsite peaceful. If you expect to arrive late, please contact us in advance.
What facilities are on site?
You will find toilets and showers, communal fridges and freezers, device charging and a caravan waste disposal point. There are evening food vans, breakfast, tea and coffee, plus our Saturday social campfire.
Is there a quieter camping area?
There are spaces for families, people who enjoy the social side, and those who prefer a quieter stay. Have a chat with the team on arrival and we will help you find your spot.
What is the refund policy?
You can cancel for a full refund up to and including 23 June 2027, 14 days before camping opens on 7 July. Use the personal booking link in your confirmation email. After that date, contact the campsite; the owners can issue refunds through the admin panel.
How do I manage an existing booking?
Use the personal booking link in your confirmation email to view your booking and any available cancellation options. If you cannot find the email, contact us and include your booking reference if you have it.
